Our community center is a place for all of our citizens to meet, spend time together. No matter what the reason, this center provides a perfect meeting spot for residents of all ages. Plan your special occasions, business meetings, or community outreach programs to be held at our community center.
Community Building Rental Fees & Deposits:
Resident - $175.00 + $100.00 Refundable* Deposit
In Town Business - $250.00 + $100.00 *Deposit
Non Resident - $300.00 + *Deposit
Out of Town Business - $400.00 + *Deposit

Where do I return my application?
You can either email your application to [email protected] , fax it to 252-827-2806, or bring it into the Town Hall.
How do I know if the date of my event is available?
Please call our office at 252-827-4435 and we can check the schedule to verify if the building is open for rental that day.
How do I reserve the date for my event?
In order to secure the date of your reservation you must pay the deposit. Then pay the remaining balance before the day of your event.
Acceptable payment forms?
We ask that you pay your deposit in cash as it is easier to return to you after your event. For the remainder of the payment we accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards inside the office.
